From I-87 North:  
  • Take Exit 9 West toward Clifton Park
  • Turn RIGHT onto CLIFTON PARK BLVD/NY-146 W
  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NY-146
  • Turn LEFT to stay on NY-146
  • Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CR-10/AQUEDUCT ROAD immediately after Rexford Bridge
  • CR-10/AQUEDUCT ROAD becomes VAN VRAKEN AVE
  • Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MAXON RD EXT.
  • Turn LEFT onto ERIE BLVD/NY-50S
  • After the 1st light, TAKE RIGHT into first parking lot before the crosswalk over the road with the Ellis Hospital School of Nursing Sign on it
 
From I-87 South or I-90 East:  
  • Take I-90 W via EXIT 1W toward NEW YORK/BUFFALO/NEW YORK THRUWAY (Portions toll)
  • Merge onto I-890 W via EXIT 25 toward SCHENECTADY/RT-7/RT-146 (Portions toll)
  • Take EXIT 4C toward RT-5/SCOTIA
  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto WASHINGTON AVE
  • Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto STATE ST
  • Turn LEFT onto ERIE BLVD/NY-50S
  • Go through two sets of lights, before you get to the 3rd light take a left into the parking lot right after the crosswalk over the road with the Ellis Hospital School of Nursing Sign on it
 
From I-90 West:  
  • Merge onto I-90 E/NEW YORK STATE TRWY E (Portions toll)
  • Merge onto I-890 E via EXIT 26 toward SCHENECTADY
  • Take EXIT 4B toward ERIE BLVD
  • Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto WASHINGTON AVE
  • Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto STATE ST
  • Turn LEFT onto ERIE BLVD/NY-50S
  • Go through two sets of lights, before you get to the 3rd light take a left into the parking lot
