- Turn RIGHT onto CLIFTON PARK BLVD/NY-146 W
- Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NY-146
- Turn LEFT to stay on NY-146
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CR-10/AQUEDUCT ROAD immediately after Rexford Bridge
- CR-10/AQUEDUCT ROAD becomes VAN VRAKEN AVE
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MAXON RD EXT.
- Turn LEFT onto ERIE BLVD/NY-50S
- After the 1st light, TAKE RIGHT into first parking lot before the crosswalk over the road with the Ellis Hospital School of Nursing Sign on it

- Take I-90 W via EXIT 1W toward NEW YORK/BUFFALO/NEW YORK THRUWAY (Portions toll)
- Merge onto I-890 W via EXIT 25 toward SCHENECTADY/RT-7/RT-146 (Portions toll)
- Take EXIT 4C toward RT-5/SCOTIA
- Stay STRAIGHT to go onto WASHINGTON AVE
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto STATE ST
- Turn LEFT onto ERIE BLVD/NY-50S
- Go through two sets of lights, before you get to the 3rd light take a left into the parking lot right after the crosswalk over the road with the Ellis Hospital School of Nursing Sign on it

- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto STATE ST
- Turn LEFT onto ERIE BLVD/NY-50S
